A new free digital service has been launched for you to collect contact information of visitors and exhibitors with the function of scheduling meetings  MEET.ITECA.EVENTS Platform (web version for PC) and ITECA.EVENTS mobile application, which will allow you to carry out effective work on lead generation.

IMPORTANT! To use all the advantages of the platform, you must fill out all the company data in the participants’ personal account (the password and access to the account were previously provided to you by the manager).

Each company representative at the stand will be able to: free of charge and without restrictions:

  • View individual recommendations based on the data you have completed
  • Chat with potential clients and schedule meetings
  • Scan the badges of visitors to your stand and upload the contact database after the exhibition in a convenient Excel format within 30 days
  • Have access to up-to-date information on the exhibition: business program, plan, list of participants, products presented, etc.
