EKONIVA PROFESSIONAL LINE: NATURAL PRODUCTS FOR HORECA PROFESSIONALS FROM THE LEADER IN MILK PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA AND EUROPE
EkoNiva will present its own line of dairy products to the visitors of the InterFood Astana 2023 exhibition, which successfully solves the tasks of the coffee and restaurant spheres.
The producer is the No. 1 brand according to the results of the Study of coffee shops in Russia 2022 from the international exhibition of the hospitality industry - PIR Expo. During InterFood Astana-2023, all guests and participants of the exhibition will be able to enjoy drinks with milk and cream of EkoNiva Professional Line: a barista will work at the company’s branded stand, who will prepare them on Thermoplan automatic and carob-type coffee machines.
In the line of EkoNiva Professional Line, there are 5 types of milk - from 0.5 to 3.5% - and cream 10%. The products were developed by the company’s experts specifically for baristas. That is why it is easily whipped into dense fluffy foam, has a unique taste and is optimal for use on coffee machines of all types. The natural creamy-sweet taste of EkoNiva Professional Line milk and cream is successfully combined with coffee bean descriptors. And working on the principle of “from the field to the counter” allows controlling and steadily improving each stage of the production chain. This approach guarantees the consistency of the taste and quality of the coffee drink from cup to cup.
EkoNiva Professional Line products are made from natural coffee—grade milk of class A with a high protein content of at least 3.2 g per 100 g, although in accordance with GOST the actual content should be at least 2.8 g per 100 g. This indicator provides easy whipping of milk and cream into an elastic and stable foam when preparing coffee drinks.
Thanks to high-temperature processing, EkoNiva Professional Line products can be stored for a long time in a closed state at temperatures up to +25 °C. An honest volume — 1 liter — makes the products convenient for wholesale purchases and portion use. EkoNiva is able to select and create milk taking into account the origin and degree of roasting of the coffee bean on which the partners work.
In January 2022, EkoNiva Professional Line 3.5% ultra-pasteurized milk received two stars out of three possible as part of the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute in Brussels.
